DIRECTOR of football Andy Preece will not be afraid to make changes for tonight’s rearranged Welsh Cup fourth-round tie at Newtown (7.30pm).
A number of the Wingmakers squad were left feeling heavy legged after Saturday's 3-1 Welsh Premier win at home over Afan Lido on a sticky Hollingsworth Group Stadium pitch.
Preece, who made a string of impressive signings in the transfer window, said: "We’ll see how people recover but we've got a strong squad and any problem can be easily rectified as we have players more than capable of coming in."
The winners of tonight's clash will be away to Bangor City in the quarter-finals.
"For me the Welsh Cup is an easier route into Europe as we've only got to win four games to get there whereas in the league you’ve got to do it over the season," Preece added.
