Development Plan

The club are currently putting together a Community Development Plan in partnership with various organisations, clubs and schools.

The club has plans to:

• Develop Fans of the future scheme offering all local schools family fun days and ticket offers for selected games
• Develop links with local schools for after school clubs and curriculum time coaching
• Develop links with local junior football clubs from the area
• Develop links with local sporting clubs and institutions from around the Flintshire Boundaries
• Develop Football Courses and Football Camps in the School Holidays
• Develop local talent via the excellent Airbus Academy and progress through the Under 19's and Colts/Reserves Squads into the 1st Team.
