BALA Town midfielder Ryan Edwards has joined the Wingmakers on a loan deal.
The 22-year-old Gap Connah's Quay youth team product was handed a first team chance at the Deeside Stadium in season 2012/13 and, after impressing in 40 Welsh Premier appearances for the Nomads, signed a full-time professional contract with The New Saints in January 2014.
Loaned to Cefn Druids in September 2014 to gain more first team experience, he was released from Park Hall by TNS at the end of the 2015/16 campaign and signed for the Lakesiders in August.
Edwards, who was a transfer target for Airbus manager Andrew Thomas this summer, has scored seven goals from his 71 (+27) WPL appearances to date.
Ryan will wear the number 6 shirt vacated by Josh Maldon, who has left the club.
