AIRBUS director of football Andy Preece felt his side did enough in the second half to break the deadlock in a goalless draw with Rhyl at the Hollingsworth Group Stadium on Friday night.
It was a fourth clean sheet in six outings, but the Wingmakers failed to fire at the other end after being unable to capitalise on what chances came along.
"We were a bit lethargic in the first half, not at our best," said Preece, whose side remain fourth in the Welsh Premier table.
"The first half was pretty even, we had a couple of chances, and so did they, but in the second half it was one-way traffic.
"We missed three really good chances that we'd expect to score, and we also had four or five half chances.
"Tony Gray was unlucky to hit the post, he made really good contact, and other nights they go in.
"It was a bit frustrating, but the pleasing thing is these have been the sort of games we've been losing earlier in the season.
"And it was also another clean sheet without Lee Owens, Mike Pearson and Ian Kearney in defence, which is again a positive."
