DUE to a number of postponements, it is a much smaller squad this week, but one still packed with quality. Well done to all who made this weeks team.

1: Christie Stanton (U14 Girls)
Confident in the air and good on the ground, Christie was really strong in goal and made some brave and important saves. Always looking to play the ball quickly, her long range kick led to our first half goal.
Lee Starkey - Airbus Girls

2: Dan Ashcroft (U14)
Dan stepped up an age group and played out of position at Full Back for 90 minutes. Dan was excellent defensively and and offered a great outlet going forward. His hard work was rewarded by winning the penalty injury time after a brilliant solo run that saw him beat three players.
James Roberts - Under 15 Coach

3: Rosie Lawrence (Ladies)
Despite being on the losing end at the weekend, it was an assured performance from young Rosie even though she played out of position at left back.
Lee Starkey - Ladies Assistant Manager

4: Michael Nze (U13)
Michael produced a terrific performance in sunday’s game away at Wrexham. He was composed in possession and excellent defensively winning numerous tackles and headers.
Tom Adams / Ryan Edwards - Under 13 Coaches

5: Leo Emmerson (U11)
Fantastic effort from Leo against a tough Wrexham team. Leo did not stop working defensively for the team.
Lee Starkey / Colin Parsonage - Under 11 Coaches

6: Dylan Cunnah (U15)
Dylan turned in his best performance of the season on Saturday against Guiseley and adapted well to an unfamiliar role. Showed excellent tactical understanding and controlled the game superbly allowing the U15 to dominate the ball for large parts of the game.
James Roberts - Under 15 Coach

7: George Peers (U16)
George was a constant threat in Sundays game against Flint Town. His ability to beat players was in evidence on a difficult pitch and he also helped himself to a couple of goals in the U16 7-0 win.
Jamie Crowther / Mark Allen - U16 Coaches

8: Jake Stalker (U12)
Jake was made captain for the game and showed his leadership qualities by motivating and organising the team. Overall a solid performance in a tough game.
Tom Wellings - Under 12 Coach

9: Lucas Rogan (U10)
A phenomenal seven days for Lucas, helping himself to four goals and assisting in a handful in the U10 victory. Yesterday Lucas scored another two, including a free kick that whistled into the top corner from 20 yards out, taking Lucas’ tally for the season to 40.
Jack Seey / Rhys Hewitt - Under 10 Coaches

10: Tommy Speed (U19)
Tommy was industrious and a bright spark in the wingmakers midfield, in what was a tough evening for the Development Squad.
Gareth Richards - Development Squad Manager

11: Lenny Davies (U8)
It was a tireless performance from the U8 winger. In a difficult fixture against Flint Town, Lenny never stopped running and his quality also shone through with a number of excellent deliveries into the box that caused the opposition problems.
Dave Riley - Under 8 Coach

12: Rhys Evans (U9)
Rhys terrorised the Flint defence with pace and power. He also showed great composure to score three excellent goals.
Mark Allen - U9 Coach

13: Tyler McManus (U13)
Tyler turned in a hard working performance on the right of the Airbus midfield. He showed excellent composure in possession and made some great forward runs to give options for his teammates.
Tom Adams / Ryan Edwards - Under 13 Coaches
