ANDY Thomas has boosted his firepower with two more strikers ahead of Saturday's opening Huws Gray Alliance fixture at home to Llandudno Junction.

Born in Amsterdam to Ghanaian parents, Alfons Fosu-Mensah is a striker who began his youth career with Zeeburgia, before spells with AFC, Argon and Almere City. He then signed a pro contract with Eerste Divisie club Oss in 2014 and made six appearances.

Mensah then moved to the UK with his younger brother Timothy, who has since made 12 Premier League appearances for Manchester United, and joined Southport, later playing for Colwyn Bay, Ashton United, Skelmersdale United - where he scored a hat-trick against Ramsbottom United - North Ferriby United, Hednesford Town and Marine.

Also arriving at the Hollingsworth Group Stadium is striker Luke Busumbru, a 19-year-old who has played for Brunos Magpies in Gibraltar.
