DEFENDER Phil Clarke has returned to Airbus, seven years after bring released to join Hednesford Town.
The 29-year-old Liverpudlian full back or centre back first linked-up with Steve O'Shaughnessy at Caernarfon Town from Vauxhall Motors in January 2008, following him to Connah's Quay in July the same year.
After a season on Deeside he joined Welshpool in July 2009, moving to New Zealand outfit Hawkes Bay the following October. He returned to join the Wingmakers in the summer of 2010.
Following his stint with Hednesford and, after a season with Conwy Borough in the Huws Gray Alliance, he returned to the WPL with Rhyl in July 2015 and has scored two goals from 67 (+16) top flight appearances.
Clarke then joined Flint Town United before signing for Droylsden, where he unfortunately suffered a broken leg which curtailed his appearances.
Also joining the Wingmakers is Sebastian Pawlak, who played semi-professionally in his native Poland before coming to the UK.
