WITH all the qualifiers for the Europa League now known, Airbus could face a potential list of 38 opponents in the first qualifying round when the draw is made in Switzerland next Monday, June 23.

However, in recent times, Uefa has generally regionalised the draw at this stage, so the list can be whittled down to teams from northern Europe if that policy is maintained.

Last season's opponents Ventspils are now the Latvian league winners and so will feature in the Champions League qualifying stages, but another trip to the Baltic State would see the Wingmakers up against Daugava Daugavpils, who are situated in the south east of the country.

Highest-rated opponents would come from Norway, where Rosenborgs and Tromso lie in wait at the top of the seeded side.

Closer to home, Airbus could face SPL outfit Aberdeen, or a trip across the water to the north or south of Ireland, whose representatives are Linfield and Sligo Rovers respectively.

Swedish clubs Gothenburg and Brommapojkarna would provide stiff tests while other Scandinavian clubs in the draw are Honka Espoo and MyPa-47 (Finland).

The Finnish clubs both have previous form against Welsh opposition, with MyPa having beaten both TNS and Cefn Druids, while Honka beat Bangor in 2009, but then lost to the Citizens 12 months later.

FH Hafnarfjardar of Iceland, who were winners against Haverfordwest County in 2004, Ekranas Panevezys (Lithuania) and Kalju Nomme (Estonia) are also possible opponents in a regionalised draw.

The other seeded sides (excluding Bangor City who cannot draw another Welsh club) are Zeljeznicar Sarajevo and Siroki Brijeg (Bosnia/Herzegovina), Shakhtyor Karaganda (Kazakhstan), Spartak Trnava (Slovakia), Differdange 03 and Jeunesse d'Esch (Luxembourg), RNK Split (Croatia), Inter Baku (Azerbaijan), Pyunik Yerevan (Armenia), Birkirkara (Malta), Buducnost Podgorica (Montenegro), FC Vaduz (Liechtenstein), FK Jagodina (Serbia), NK Koper and Rudar Velenje (Slovenia), Zimbru Chisinau and FC Tiraspol (Moldova), Ferencváros (Hungary), FK Kukesi and KS Flamurtari Vlore (Albania), Metalurg Skopje (Macedonia) and Chikhura Sachkhere (Georgia).

There will be live updates on our Twitter feed from the draw in Geneva.

Airbus UK Broughton Fc wishes to advise supporters NOT to book travel when the draw is made until the actual games are confirmed, as there is always the possibility that UEFA will change these dates or switch the legs around.
