The 30-year-old top-scored for the Seasiders last season with 13 league goals after returning from a spell in the English pyramid and his final game in Prestatyn colours was against the Wingmakers on the last day of the campaign.
The Wigan-born marksman spent time at Hereford United, before leaving Bamber Bridge to join Rhyl in December 2001.

His 47 goals in 2003/4 were a major factor in the club's Welsh Premier, Welsh Cup and Challenge Cup success  after being voted the league's player of the season and receiving the Golden Boot award.

Moran then moved to Fleetwood in January 2008 and, after a loan spell with Colwyn Bay, returned to the league with Caernarfon Town a year later, but was unable to play because he had already appeared for two clubs that season.
He has now scored 113 Welsh Premier goals from 181 (+17) appearances.
