AIRBUS have signed two new players so far and retained nine members of last season's double-winning squad.

Arriving at the Hollingsworth Group Stadium are striker Andy Owens from Connah's Quay Nomads and defender Jordan Evans from Cefn Druids.

Liverpool-born 29-year-old Owens started his career at the Liverpool Academy before moving to Stoke City in 2007. He then spent time at both Stafford Rangers and Altrincham before joining Rhyl in the Welsh Premier League in 2010.

Owens went on to play for Macclesfield Town, Southport, Mansfield Town, AFC Telford, Barrow and Stockport County before joining the Nomads in January 2018, where he scored 12 goals from 28 WPL appearances.

The second new arrival is 23-year-old Jordan Evans, a product of the Wrexham academy who joined Fulham at the age of 15. He then had a loan spell with Oxford United before returning to Wrexham, where he made 22 appearances before a move to Bala Town in Februsry 2017. Evans made 34 appearances for the Lakesiders and spent last season at the Druids.

Players retained from last season are Dave Roberts, Curtis Strong, Steve Tomassen, Kristian Platt, Brady McGilloway, Ryan Edwards, Joe Palmer, Sam Hart and James Hooper.

Moving on are Asa Hamilton (Rhyl), Leo Riley (Aberystwyth), Lewis Buckley (Marine), Joe Chaplin (Colwyn Bay), Phil Clarke and Nathan Quirk.
