TONY Gray, who broke the club scoring record with 18 goals in his first season at the Hollingsworth Group Stadium, has signed for Warrington Town in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League.

The 33-year-old joined Airbus in the summer of 2015 and scored 28 goals from his 53 Welsh Premier appearances, as well as being a tireless worker all over the pitch.

Gray first appeared in theWPL back in 2004 after joining Bangor City from West Cheshire League Division One Club Newton where he had played a part in the club's 2003/4 championship season.

He then moved to Burscough before making his mark in the Football Conference with Southport, Droylsden, Chester and Telford, scoring 56 goals from 133 (+29) appearances.

Gray notched 20 goals for the Bucks in 2014/15 and was voted club and players' player of the season.

Airbus can expect to be re-united with Gray in pre-season when they visit Warrington on Saturday 5 August.
