THE Wingmakers have been drawn at home to Cefn Druids in the first round of the Nathaniel MG Cup next season with the tie to be played on August 29 or 30.

Should ties go to penalties, they will be decided using the trial ABBA shoot-out system. Instead of taking alternate penalties, sides will have two in a row after the initial spot kick has been taken. The system is designed to prevent the team that goes second from being put at the psychological disadvantage of always having to play catch-up.

The full draw for the first round is:

  • Afan Lido v Penybont FC
  • Airbus UK Broughton v Cefn Druids
  • Bala Town v Newtown AFC
  • Bangor City v Denbigh Town
  • Caersws FC v Aberystwyth Town
  • Goytre FC v Cardiff Met
  • Haverfordwest County v Goytre United
  • Holywell Town v Prestatyn Town
  • Llandudno FC v Caernarfon Town
  • Pontypridd Town v Taffs Well
  • Porthmadog FC v Holyhead Hotspur
  • Rhyl FC v Flint Town United
