THIRTEEN years in the Welsh Premier League came to an end with a 3-1 defeat at the hands of Cefn Druids at The Rock.

Ryan Fraughan went close when he hit the side netting from a Jake Hulley cross before a poor back pass from Adam Hesp was intercepted by Tony Gray and Ashley Williams squared for Obi Anoruo to notch his first Airbus goal.

Straight after the interval, a set-piece yet again proved to be the Wingmakers' undoing as Nathan Peate forced the ball home from a right wing corner.

Fraughan hit the foot of a post as Airbus looked for a response before Peate conceded a penalty when he handled a Ryan Edwards cross, but Tony Gray blasted his spot kick against a post.

The miss proved costly as Ashley Ruane defeated an onrushing Ryan Neild to set-up Steve Blenkinsop for Druids' second goal. Druids hit a post from a corner before Jonny Spittle and Glenn Rule got in each other's way attempting to defending a long ball, presenting an opening to Hesp who netted from close range to seal the win for the home side.

And Stuart Cook almost added a fourth with a shot from outside the box that hit the crossbar as the Wingmakers' reign in the top flight ended on a losing note.
