DEFENDER Wes Baynes has left the Wingmakers to return to the Welsh Premier League with Llandudno.

The 29-year-old right back joined Airbus last May and went on to make 17 Huws Gray Alliance appearances, scoring three goals.

After working his way through the academy and scholarship scheme at Wrexham to the first team ranks, Baynes made 74 appearances for the Red Dragons and, after a loan spell with Altrincham, joined his hometown club Chester.

He moved to AFC Telford United in July 2013 and, after a loan spell at Colwyn Bay, signed for Gap Connah's Quay in September 2015, before joining Airbus.
