AIRBUS UK Broughton have been awarded both the FAW domestic licence and the UEFA licence by the First Instance Body which met in Cardiff on Friday.
The licences are a pre-requisite to compete in the Welsh Premier League and the Europa League next season.
Nine Welsh Premier clubs succeeded with their applications but Afan Lido, Gap Connah's Quay and Port Talbot Town were turned down and have 10 days in which to appeal.
Also successful were Cefn Druids, who will now be promoted back to the top flight after a four year absence, and Haverfordwest County who must finish in the top two of the Welsh League to secure their promotion.
Llandudno of the Huws Gray Alliance were also successful.
Congratulations to the team at the Hollingsworth Group Stadium led by general manager Jonathan Williams who was involved in the licence bid.
