LIAM Blake and Jake Cook have left the club after their contracts were cancelled by mutual consent.

Blake came through the academies at Wrexham and Crewe before joining Chester FC in September 2014. Loaned to Witton Albion he was released by Chester and signed non-contract terms with Airbus in January 2016, making three full and three substitute appearances in the Welsh Premier League, scoring his only goal in a 3-1 defeat away at Bala Town.

Shrewsbury-born Cook, who was a summer signing for former manager Andy Preece, spent 12 years at Stoke City, playing for the Under-18 and Under-21 sides before being released in the summer of 2015.

He spent last season with Guilsfield in the Huws Gray Alliance and has made two full appearances for the Wingmakers this season.
