STEVE O'Shaugnessy left his role as director of football at Bala Town to join the coaching team at Airbus, but has no divided loyalties ahead of Tuesday night's re-arranged Welsh Premier clash with the Lakesiders (7.45pm).
"I will want Airbus to win but I genuinely hope Bala do well this season and get back into Europe, they are a great club, but my job now is Airbus and hopefully on Tuesday night we get the three points," he said.
The 49-year-old Uefa Pro licence holder was in the dugout for Saturday's 2-1 reverse at Bangor City and was pleased with what he saw.
"The lads worked hard during the game but overall I was disappointed not to get the points.
"We were definitely worthy of the three points, if you watched the game you'll know we should have won today so it was smash and grab really.
"There was plenty of energy in the team, the lads gave 100%, that's all you ask, the only downfall was we didn't put our chances away so it will come, I am quite happy really."
Bangor City boss Ian Dawes also praised the Wingmakers: "Credit to Airbus today, they worked really hard, they were at it and we didn't match that'" he said. "We got away with it because key players in the team got us out of the mire. "
