COACH Andy Thomas hailed the side's energy levels and the contribution of Under-19s James Murphy and Bailey Jackson to Friday night's 2-0 win over Bala Town.

"We just carried on from last week really, trained hard on Tuesday, spoke about the game and it was fantastic tonight, the energy levels were really good," Thomas said.

"The 19-year-olds did really well, Bailey did really well when he came on and Spud (Murphy) has been outstanding this season to be fair to the lad, he set-up Tony Gray's goal.

"Hopefully we'll have a couple of lads coming back next week and in two weeks time we'll have five back so that will be great for the squad."

Two wins on the bounce have boosted the Wingmakers' top six hopes but Thomas says: "We're just looking at the next game which is Bangor away, it's a tough place to go and we're just looking forward to training on Tuesday and we'll be ready to go next week.

"They are always good games against Bangor but we've just got to concentrate on ourselves and get our rewards hopefully.

"We've just got to take one game at a time at the moment and all we are thinking about is Bangor."
