AIRBUS crashed to a humiliating defeat at the hands of Newtown in their final home game before relegation from the Welsh Premier League.
The Wingmakers 7-0 defeat equalled their worst-ever in 13 seasons in the top flight - a 7-0 reverse at the hands of TNS in December 2006. And salt was rubbed in the wounds as it was former player Jason Oswell who led the way for the Robins with a hat-trick. Not favoured during his four-month spell with the club under Andy Preece, the 24-year-old is now heading for the league's Golden Boot award.
Goals came thick and fast in the first half through Alex Fletcher, Kieran Mills-Evans, Oswell, Shane Sutton, Oswell from the oenalty spot and Ross Stephens, who added the sixth on the stroke of the interval.
Oswell then completed his hat-trick on 67 minutes before being substituted.
