A 4-1 victory against Brickfield Rangers for the U19's in the first round of the Welsh Youth cup was the highlight of the weekend.

The development squad progressed to the next round after Liam Schofield scored his second hat-trick in two games and a super goal from Alfie McNicholas saw the Wingmakers win comfortably away to the Wrexham team.

It was a similar story for the U23's as they took the lead in their game against Acton FC but couldn't hold out and eventually lost 4-3, Kane Blackburn, Harvey Ellis and Toby Vickery got the goals for Airbus.

The 12's, 14's and 16's had a long trip to Newtown for their latest academy cup fixtures. The 12's ended their recent losing run with good performance and came away with a 3-3 draw, whilst the U14's also came away with a point after drawing 1-1. The U16s got the result of the day with a 5-3 victory to help their bid to finish in the top two of the group.

Meanwhile the U13's continued their good form with a excellent victory away to Rhyl FC. Jake Stalker (2), Kris Durakiewicz (2), Josh Stennent and Ellis Haldon with the goals.
