The Wingmakers travel to one of the Title Favourites this weekend when they visit the Gnoll to face Big Spending Neath AFC.

Terry Boyle has invested heavily in his full time squad since being appointed in the summer after the dismissal of Andy Dyer, and the arrivals at the Gnoll have increased the expectation level to winning the Corbett Sports Welsh Premier League to justify the spending increase. Everyone in the League have been impressed with the players Boyle has added to his Squad and it is widely though that any team finishing above Neath are likely to win the Division.

Neath started off the season with two fine wins before their first slip up of the season ironically against Andy Dyer`s new Club Afan Lido where the Eagle lost 1-0. Boyle will be looking for an instant reaction against the Wingmakers as they look to get their title charge back on track. Players such as Kerry Morgan , Chris Jones , Craig Hughes, Luke Bowen and the talented Lee Trundle will cause Airbus problems and the holding midfielders in Adie Harris and Paul Fowler tend to create a platform for those forward players to express themselves. With Lee Kendall in goal and new additions Jack Lewis and Kai Edwards alongside Kristian O`Leary and Ian Hillier the Neath line up is strong. Even Ex Airbus Stopper Chris Doran is involved with Boyles men as cover between the sticks at present.

Games last season against Neath were close affairs with a 2-2 draw at the Airfield followed by a narrow 1-0 defeat at the Gnoll in front of the Live TV Camera`s was harsh on the Wingmakers who had enough chances to take something from the game. This season it will be alot tougher to take anything home from South Wales but Director of Football Craig Harrison will be hopeful of his new strength in depth squad being able to match Neath for long periods.

Harrison is boosted by the return from suspension of Tommy Holmes and Craig Whitfield and is likely to only be missing the injured Eddie Hope who has yet to feature this season due to a back injury that still needs another 10 days or so before he can return to full training.

Airbus UK Broughton Development Squad have 2 games in 2 days this weekend against Corwen Saturday and Ruthin in the Welsh Youth Cup on Sunday and a number of players from the Squad at the Airfield are likely to be involved in these games and not travel to South Wales as they normally would.

Although Harrison has not officially named a Squad to travel to the website as yet it is likely to be choosen from the following players-

1. Niki Lee Bulmer 2. Ryan Edwards 3. Joshua Roberts 4. Gavin Cadwallader 5. Tommy Holmes 6. Glenn Rule 7. Craig Whitfield 8. Danny Desormeaux 9. Ian Sheridan 10. Mike Hayes 11. Adam Worton 12. Danny Taylor 14 Danny Grannon 15 Andy Moran 16 Mark Allen 17 Mark Cadwallader 18 Paul McManus 19 Andrew Thomas

A number of these players may feature on Saturday and Youngster Lee Jones and Mark Jones will be utilised in the Welsh Youth Cup at Home on Sunday as the Wingmakers look to progress in the 1st round proper.
