AIRBUS UK Broughton Football Club have today launched a new website ready for the new season as part of the Welsh Premier League's "Suepr 12".
It is hoped that the new site will provide a stronger brand image for the club, with additional important information about all things Airbus UK Broughton throughout the site.
New Sections include Commercial/Sponsorship, Football in the Community and On-Line Shop, and individual pages for Reserves/Colts/Ladies and Broughton Wings Social Club.
The site has been designed by Bridge Marketing and the club are thankful to Andrew Lincoln from welsh-premier.com for his efforts on their behalf.
Commercial Director Stewart Roberts commented: “The new site is being launched for a number of reasons.
"Firstly we feel that the club needed a stronger identity with an on-line presence both locally and nationally, and secondly with the commercial plan now kicking in, it is imperative that our website reflects our offerings to supporters, sponsors and club partners.
"In addition to branding and commerciality the club and website is embarking on new initiatives that include Football in the Community, Community Involvement and Charity Events as we look to build closer and stronger links with the communities of Flintshire.
"One of the goals is to slowly increase the participation of the local community and business areas around the club and our initiatives on increasing attendances will cover the whole Flintshire region.
"Airbus UK Broughton Football Club has made massive strides forward over the last eight years, culminating in making it into the Super 12," added Roberts.
"Manager Craig Harrison has done magnificent work on the field with the players, improving all the time to increase league position and, off the field, the committee has delivered an outstanding achievement in gaining the FAW domestic licence.
"It is hoped the new club initiatives will now play their part in under-pinning our place in the division whilst the manager and players attempt to improve on last year's league position.
"The new site will report anything/everything with regard to the club throughout the course of next season and beyond as we wish to provide supporters of Welsh football a site worth visiting each day for updates."
