Airbus UK Broughton travel to Farrar Road this evening for what is likely to be their toughest test so far this season.

Nev Powell has transformed the Citizens over the last few season`s into what is now a top 3 side in the Welsh Premier, and Bangor`s fantastic support will be hoping they can go even further and challenge for the title this season, Powell has won the Welsh Cup 3 times in a row and was named Manager of the Season last year. Bangor have started the League Campaign superbly with 4 wins from 4 and top the table as a result.

Powell has a full strength side to chose from and is delighted that his players are all wanting to force their way into a winning side which is exactly how the Farrar road Chief likes it. Jamie Reed is back from Australia and will be a potent threat and the other players to watch are Craig Garside, Chris Jones and Sion Edwards with Les Davies and Alan Bull providing additional Firepower, the Bangor Defence is difficult to break down at the best of times with Hoy, Johnston, Roberts and Brewerton all very experienced with Penalty King Dave Morley likely to sit just infront of them.

Wingmakers Manager Craig Harrison has been delighted with the start Airbus have made to the Season with some excellent individual performances and results so far. "The lads have done great so far, we have played some very good football and were probably the better side in the two games we have lost too, It was good to see us do so well at Newtown in Midweek despite losing, I thought Leon Clowes , James Davies, Ryan Edwards and Nick Ruston were all superb and it was great to see Jamie Smith get 60 plus minutes under his belt after not featuring since dislocating his ankle v Bangor last season, also Simon Smith got 70 mins after joining the Club on deadline day and then Rhys Nash, Asa Hamilton and Tom Povey all getting valuable experience in a senior game bodes well for the future"" We had 9 players under the age of 20 against Newtown so the Club is trying to progress youngsters through the system"

Harrison also highlighted that whilst it is great to be in 2nd position in the League he will be keeping the lads feet firmly on the ground, "The lads have done fantastic in the early games and to be 2nd in the league at any point during the season is great, but our aim is to be in the top 6 come January and to do that we will have to remain consistent, its a boost for the lads to be in 2nd place and hopefully they continue to thive off being up there with the big sides in the league"

"Bangor on Friday is a huge test, they are going great and Farrar Road is tough at the best of times never mind when they are flying at the top of the league, the atmosphere is always great inside the ground, we go there confident we can get a result but not over confident, I have some big calls to make with the lads doing so well in the Loosemores Cup games, but these are the games you want to be involved in with plenty at stake so early on in the season- it should be a decent game for the fans"

Squad news from the Airfield is sparce with Harrison keeping his cards close to his chest, with only Richie Dorman requiring a check prior to kick off.

The Squad is likely to come from:
